So...in an attempt to rest and relax before we open for fall, we went to Maggie Valley, North Carolina for a long weekend. We definitely rested and relaxed, and had a great time. Zoe got to stick her feet in a creek for the first time, and we added another state to her list by visiting Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant in Sevierville, TN.
We stayed at Twin Brooks Resort and really enjoyed the cooler weather. On the way home, we stopped in Asheville, NC and Spartanburg, SC, where we stopped at the famous, "Beacon Drive In."
People in Pigeon Forge only eat pancakes.

Zoe loves to swim. She's doing so well going under the water and truly believes she should just be on her own. We're not sure about that, yet. I wanted this bathing suit WAY before I ever became pregnant. Thank God we have a girl!! (Scroll down for cute video)
